Drawing Rules
FSO Industries ("FSO"), producer of the Rotation Station™, reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
Participants are limited to one free Rotation Station™ per household.
Only one entry per person per week.
Duplicate entries will be deleted.
Currently, the drawing is open to U.S. residents only.
Enter every week to improve your chances.
A new drawing is held on Sunday of each week from those entries received during the previous week only.
If FSO does not receive a reply to the winner notification email within two weeks from the closing date of their drawing, then that prize will be awarded to the next runner-up.
The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries in any given week.
Winners will be published on this page (at a minimum).
Delivery will be by USPS Parcel Post. After receipt of the winner's shipping address, please allow two weeks for processing and delivery.
We will only use your email address to inform Participants as to their winning status and for future updates about the Rotation Station™. We do not disclose personal information to other companies. To find out more, read our complete Privacy Policy.
As an alternate means of entry, postcards will be accepted, but must contain the Participant's name and email address or phone number to be valid. These entries will be added to the weekly drawing based on the day they arrive at our offices.
By entering the drawing, Winners agree to allow us to publish their names, and the city and state in which they live, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation or consideration in any and all media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, unless prohibited by law.
All applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes, duties, or other taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars.
Employees, officers, and directors of FSO, Investors, immediate family members (defined as spouse, sibling, parent or grandparent) of such persons, and persons living in their same household, are NOT eligible to participate in the Drawing or win a prize. All applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Drawing void where prohibited by law.
All decisions of FSO are final and binding. FSO will notify potential Winners by e-mail, within fifteen (15) days after the Participant has become the potential Winner. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) business days after the first attempt, or if the potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules (as determined by FSO), the potential Winner forfeits the prize. FSO shall not be held responsible if the winner can not be contacted due to an ISP (Internet Service Provider) deleting email because they have incorrectly identified it as SPAM. If entrants are using spam filters, the filter should be set up to identify all mail coming from the domain 'rotationstation.com' as 'friendly' or desired email. FSO shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to contact potential Winners who provide incorrect or incomplete contact information. During Drawing entry, Participants should be sure to input their correct contact information so that they will be able to receive prizes if they become a potential Winner.
Participation in the Drawing constitutes Participant's understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of, these Official Rules. FSO reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that FSO determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. FSO's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules in general.
